1. What HomeWorkAI Is

HomeWorkAI is an AI-powered homework helper that provides explanations, step-by-step solutions, and educational assistance across academic subjects. It is intended as a learning aid to help students understand material — not as a replacement for genuine learning or academic integrity.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HomeWorkAI only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to cheat, commit academic fraud, or submit AI-generated work as your own without disclosure
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the service

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free plan: 5 questions per day at no charge.
• Pro plan: $9.99/month or $79.99/year. Includes a 3-day free trial on the monthly plan. Your card is required to start the trial but will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Pro+ plan: $14.99/month or $119.99/year. No free trial — charged immediately.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, contact us at gethomeworkai@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account & Plan section on the site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.

6. AI Accuracy

HomeWorkAI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that all answers are correct. Always verify important information with your teacher or textbook. HomeWorkAI is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

The HomeWorkAI name, logo, and website design are owned by HomeWorkAI. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission. The questions you submit remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeWorkAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to academic consequences, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
